About the Role

The Lead – Corporate Technology will be a key member of the CorpTech team, responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end employee technology lifecycle at WeWork India. This role will oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows, enterprise application management, hardware/software asset governance, automation initiatives, and deployment of essential tools that ensure seamless operational efficiency for all WeWork employees.

This position requires a hands-on technical leader with strong experience across device management, MDM, enterprise tools, and ITSM platforms, along with the ability to lead deployments and technology projects in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Lead and manage the complete New Hire Onboarding (NHO) and Offboarding processes.

  • Ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, devices, and enterprise applications.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (People team) to ensure smooth and secure lifecycle transitions.

Service Desk Operations

  • Act as the first level of escalation for the Service Desk team.

  • Provide guidance to resolve complex incidents, requests, and operational challenges.

  • Drive improvements in ticket resolution, documentation, and service delivery workflows.

Asset Management & Automation

  • Oversee end-to-end hardware and software asset management.

  • Utilize asset management tools such as Freshservice to maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle data.

  • Implement automation within ITSM tools to streamline requests, approvals, and operational tasks.

Device & Endpoint Management

  • Manage Apple devices through JAMF, including policy deployment, configuration, patch management, and security compliance.

  • Manage Windows devices  using MDM tools such as ManageEngine, ensuring policies and security patches are deployed effectively.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating environments (SOE) and compliance frameworks for all devices.

Enterprise Application & Cloud Management

  • Hands-on management of Google Workspace, including user provisioning, group policies, security configurations.

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an added advantage

  • Working knowledge of AWS environments (EC2, IAM, S3, basic networking).

  • Experience with the Okta platform is an added advantage.

Project & Deployment Leadership

  • Lead technology deployments, rollouts, and upgrades across the organization.

  • Drive cross-functional IT initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.

  • Develop project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder updates.

ITSM & Process Excellence

  • Prior experience working with ITSM platforms; Freshservice experience is highly preferred.

  • Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and operational excellence within CorpTech.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and feedback.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in Corporate IT / Technology Operations, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.

  • Indepth Knowledge on Mac and Windows operating systems

  • Strong expertise in JAMF, MDM (ManageEngine or similar), Google Workspace, and ITSM platforms.

  • Good understanding of identity management (Okta preferred).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Highly proficient in managing & troubleshooting Windows 11 & macOS platforms.

  • Certification in JAMF, MDM, or Google Workspace admin (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience in implementing automation within IT workflows.

  • Familiarity with iOS/Android OS

  • Strong documentation and process-definition skills.

  • Ability to guide junior team members and influence cross-functional technology decisions.
