Lead Content Strategist

This role offers the opportunity to lead content strategy for high-impact marketing channels, driving member acquisition and engagement at scale. You will define narrative frameworks, craft compelling messaging, and leverage AI to accelerate content production across email, direct mail, and partner ecosystems. The position combines creative leadership, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to influence business outcomes while maintaining brand empathy and quality. You will work closely with growth marketing teams to translate complex data and insights into human-centric, high-performing content experiences. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to deliver personalized, persuasive messaging to large audiences in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:
  • Lead content strategy for targeted audiences, developing high-converting messaging frameworks across email, direct mail, and partner channels.
  • Champion AI tools to scale creative output and accelerate content production without sacrificing quality.
  • Craft and optimize end-to-end member narratives across the lifecycle, ensuring consistent, empathetic, and persuasive storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with growth marketing to translate complex data and insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Drive measurable business impact through content initiatives that increase engagement, conversion, and enrollment.
  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing to continuously optimize content performance.
  • Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B2C, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing environments.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content generation and creative workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through content (conversion, enrollment, engagement).
  • Experience with high-volume experimentation and A/B testing in email or direct mail channels.
  • Strong understanding of ecosystem or partner marketing strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.
