As a Lead Channel Data Analyst

  • Provide support aligning disparate data sets create actionable insights around:
    • Healthcare Providers and Facilities relationships 
    • Parenting hierarchy
    • Data Enrichment
  • Monitor/support/resolve open issues to ensure that they are addressed within a defined time frame.
  • Access, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, MS Excel, and Python
  • Effective and crisp communication to team leaders and internal stakeholders around data anomalies or status of data assignments.
  • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel.
  • Facilitate/support a productive and communicative team environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Inventory Analytics, Base Data, Master Data, Customer Engagement, and Gross-to-Net teams in effective, positive, and supportive ways.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of work experience in a quantitative and analytical discipline
  • Experience working in the US Health Care Industry, specifically around Health Care Organizations and relationships
  • Proficiency with SQL required
  • Knowledge of 340b program a plus
  • Experience leading a team of Data analysts to achieve goals
  • Proven Data Management expertise; experienced in Data Quality, Data Stewardship, and Issue Triage and Resolution
  • Strong ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a team member, in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadlineoriented environment
  • Willingness to work with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills to perform root cause analysis
