  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs, prioritize development areas, and integrate learning solutions into daily operations.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of capacity-building activities, using data to refine programs and demonstrate ROI to senior management.
  • Champion change management initiatives, ensuring staff are equipped to adapt to new policies, technologies, and healthcare standards.
  • Build partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions, and professional bodies to expand learning opportunities and resources.
  • 6-10 years’ experience in healthcare training, organizational development, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional certification in training, HR, or healthcare management (e.g., CIPD, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement training strategies, facilitate adult learning, and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in workforce performance.
  • Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation.
