Lead Business Analyst

What will you do?

• Facilitate business needs, define requirements, and develop project concepts.
• Participate actively in pre-sales processes, quoting and bid management.
• Collaborate with the digital design and application development team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Oversee project progress, and participate in planning, scheduling, risk management, reporting.
• Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to align business objectives and project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with C-level executives, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify business opportunities.

What do you need to apply to this role?

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis (web- and mobile applications, preferably in AI, or data-driven environments)
• Strong understanding of user experience and human-centered design methodologies.
• Experience in pre-sales, quoting and bid management.
• Diversified business domain expertise in banking, energy, retail, etc. sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and work with a consultative mindset.
