We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Analyst to join our team, specializing in Google Analytics Implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various aspects of Google Analytics, including app implementation, server-side implementation, and the application of GA4 to support measurement & activation. Additional expertise across MarTech / AdTech is recommended. Understanding of the implementation and configuration of 3rd party tags, especially media, is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify client objectives and develop measurement plans and solution design requirements that meet the business requirements
Lead and execute Google Analytics implementations, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection, tracking and reporting across digital properties.
Be a key stakeholder providing direct updates and communication to the client on progress and barriers to success
Identify and resolve issues related to data collection, tracking, and reporting in a timely manner.
Implement Google Analytics in mobile applications, ensuring seamless data integration and tracking.
Configure and manage server-side implementations of Google Analytics, optimizing for performance and data accuracy.
Ability to support testing tool implementations to enable personalized user experiences and A/B testing.
Data testing and debugging using plugins, extensions and web developer tools
Support in the deployment of 3rd party media tags and additional tags / tools including, but not limited to mParticle and OneTrust
Utilize Observe Point or similar tools for automated validation of data collection across digital properties.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and support decision-making.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and data science to ensure alignment and effective implementation of analytics solutions.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics and implementation strategies.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Analytics implementation and management.
Proficiency in app implementation, server-side implementation, and additional coordination of MarTech & AdTech
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications are a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
