主要職責：
- 與產品經理和利害關係人合作，確定 AI 專案的目標、需求與時程。
- 設計、開發並實施 AI 模型、演算法及應用程式，以解決複雜的商業挑戰。
- AI 模型從頭到尾的生命週期，包括資料收集、前處理、模型訓練、評估與部署。
- 持續掌握 AI 與機器學習的最新進展，並將最佳實務應用於專案中。
- 透過先進的分析與視覺化技術，推動以數據為基礎的決策。
- 確保 AI 解決方案的安全性、可擴展性與效能。
- 研究工作，探索並整合尖端的 AI 技術。
職位要求：
- 擁有電腦科學、人工智慧或相關領域的學士、碩士或博士學位。
- 具備 AI 工程師的經驗，並有成功主導 AI 專案的實績。
- 精通 AI 和機器學習框架及程式語言（如 Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow）。
- 具備資料前處理、特徵工程與模型評估方面的深厚專業能力。
- 具備優秀的問題解決能力與批判性思維能力。

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
- Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve complex business challenges.
- End-to-end AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, incorporating best practices into projects.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and visualization techniques.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of AI solutions.
- Research efforts to explore and integrate cutting-edge AI techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI engineer, with a track record of leading successful AI projects.
- Proficient in AI and machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
