ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Lead AI Consultant - Intelligent Solutions to design and deliver advanced AI capabilities for financial services clients. This role suits an experienced AI practitioner who combines strong technical depth with a consulting mindset and the ability to translate emerging technologies into real business impact.
You will take ownership of end‑to‑end AI solution design and delivery, leading initiatives such as conversational AI, knowledge assistants, and AI‑enabled coaching solutions. Working closely with client stakeholders, regional teams, and centralized engineering groups, you will help scale AI adoption that improves customer experience and operational effectiveness.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven solutions supporting customer engagement and service operations, particularly within banking contact center environments
- Partner with centralized AI engineering teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate MVPs using agile delivery practices
- Evaluate AI platforms, models, and vendors, supporting partner selection and building long‑term strategic relationships
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and engineers, promoting capability development and best practices
- Own and manage AI product roadmaps, balancing innovation, delivery timelines, and business priorities
- Research, experiment with, and apply emerging AI models, frameworks, and open‑source technologies
- Maintain strong connections with academic, industry, and professional AI communities, contributing to thought leadership and innovation initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and deploying AI / machine learning solutions in production environments
- Prior experience in management consulting or professional services strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and current market trends
- Proven track record architecting scalable AI solutions for complex, enterprise‑grade systems
- Strong programming background with experience leading or working within agile development teams
- Ability to own AI initiatives from end-to-end, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement
- Experience with frontend or backend development is an advantage
- Active involvement in AI communities, conferences, forums, or research initiatives is desirable
- Strong strategic thinking, execution capability, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Pragmatic problem‑solver with a results‑oriented mindset
