Lead 2D Artist

Are you a visionary game artist ready to take the lead in shaping unforgettable gaming experiences? We're looking for a Senior or Lead Game Artist who’s passionate about defining visual styles, guiding talented art teams, and bringing immersive worlds to life.

 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of creative artists through all stages of production
• Define and maintain the visual style for a variety of game projects
• Collaborate closely with Art Director to create character concepts, environments, and backgrounds
• Design game interfaces and menus that are both functional and visually engaging
• Ensure all graphic assets maintain a consistent and unified art direction
• Support improvements in the production process and assist with benchmarking efforts
• Work cross-functionally with designers and developers to deliver cohesive visuals

Bonus Points If You Have:

1. Previous work on shipped titles
2. Passion for both casual and core games

 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in video game production, including at least 1 year in a lead or senior role
• Degree from an Art College or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to create well-balanced palettes
• Exceptional drawing, composition, and classical art skills
• Ability to adapt and work within a defined visual style
• Proficiency in Photoshop; experience with 3D modeling (low & high poly), texturing, or development tools is a plus
