POSITION'S MISSION
As an Learning and Development Expert, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and key stakeholders to design, build, and deploy strategic learning & people development initiatives within a 3-month project-based contract. Your mission is to build solid people systems and leadership capability foundations that support Amanotes’ next growth phase.
KEY PROJECTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Performance Management Program (PMP) 2026 – People Systems Deployment
Review current people & performance-related systems and practicesDeploy components of PMP 2026 aligned with company strategy and culture
Lead the design and implementation of the Performance Management Platform for employees
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to configure and deploy the PMP system
Monitor usage and effectiveness of the PMP system, propose improvements for continuous optimization
Build learning materials and change management plans to support system adoption
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective rollout and alignment across the organization
b. Leadership Framework
Design or refine Amanotes’ Leadership Framework (competencies, behaviors, expectations)
Translate the framework into practical learning journeys and development activities
Support managers and leaders with tools, workshops, or learning resources
c. Other Learning & Development Projects
Design and implement strategic learning initiatives aligned with business priorities
Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Contract duration: 3 months
Working time: Flexible (results-oriented)
Office presence: Can be discussed and aligned based on project needs
Collaboration: Close work with People & Culture team and cross-functional stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Knowledge
Proven experience as L&D / Talent Development / OD expert (senior or consultant level)
Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying people systems, leadership development, or performance frameworks
Background in tech, startup, or fast-growing environments is a strong plus
Solid understanding of learning design, instructional design, and adult learning principles
Experience in Lattice system is a plus.

Practical, solution-oriented, and impact-driven
Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese
