Job responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on fintech-related matters, including regulatory compliance, data protection, and financial transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal standards.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with new products and services.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting the fintech sector.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, data privacy laws, and financial compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and delivering results.
