An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Law Graduate to join our Franchising team to assist household name clients!
Our franchising lawyers have worked with hundreds of franchisors (both Australian and international) to help grow their Australian franchise network. We also deal with huge enterprise companies and assist with establishing franchise systems and the ongoing work that follows, including drafting negotiating grants, renewals, and surrenders. We also assist clients with franchise buybacks and sales, franchising related disputes, as well as any other commercial legal needs they may have. To ensure you get a variety of work, you will also be assisting with some Intellectual Property matters, and other matters our Franchisor clients require.
You will receive comprehensive formal and on the job training focused on technical legal knowledge, matter management, and client service to give you a strong understanding of the legal needs of our clients, in order to provide valuable advice.
