Oxwash is looking for a Laundry Manager to join the team in our sustainable laundry facility in Oxford.

Ideal hours: 13:00-22:00, Monday to Friday. There is flexibility in the hours for the right candidate.

This role would be perfectly suited to someone with commercial laundry experience who is looking for a management role within an exciting startup company.

Key Responsibilities

Laundering commercial linen

Finishing Wet Clean items
Quality control
Working alongside our existing Laundry Manager and delivery riders
Maintaining sustainability at every corner
Data recording and analysis

Previous Experience

1+ years working in commercial laundry (desirable)
1+ years wet cleaning processing and finishing (desirable)
1+ year of management experience (desirable)

Key Skills

Very organised
Keen eye for detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Adaptable
Passion for improving the environment

Oxwash is an eco on-demand laundry and dry cleaning start up founded in Oxford. Oxwash use electric cargo bikes to collect and deliver the laundry directly to their customers door, before washing the items using state-of-the-art low temperature technology.

Salary: £23,000.00 - £26,000.00 per year, dependant on experience

Expected start date: ASAP
