  • You have 3+ years of inside sales or enrollment experience, preferably in a consultative Zoom/phone-based environment.


Job Overview

As our Launch Club Enrollment Associate (Contract), you’ll support enrollment during high-energy live launches and virtual events, and continue conversations between sessions. You’ll host Zoom enrollment calls using our proven outlines and objection-handling training, apply strong discernment (we only invite people in when it truly serves them and is financially responsible), and keep the experience aligned with our values.


No cold calling. These are leads who have signed up to learn more about Launch Club after engaging with our live events. 


You’ll speak with motivated entrepreneurs who’ve engaged with our high-energy live events—no cold outreach, no hunting for leads. Your role is guiding them to a confident yes or no.


You’ll receive proven talking points, objection-handling frameworks, and ongoing coaching from a seasoned sales leader so you can ramp quickly and maximize your commissions.


This contract supports several enrollment campaigns from August–December 2025, with hours aligned to Eastern and Mountain Time.


Compensation: Per-call base + commission on enrollments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-integrity Zoom enrollment conversations.
  • Follow the provided discovery and offer outlines; use the objection-handling frameworks you’ll receive in training; exercise sound judgment regarding fit and timing.
  • Stay current on pricing, bonuses, payment options, and program details so you can present the right configuration with confidence.
  • Enroll Clients on the call when they are ready and conduct timely personalized follow-ups where appropriate, to enroll Clients before cart close deadlines.
  • Track and report key metrics, including call volume, show-up rates, and enrollment rates. Share insights and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the broader team—join skills-sharpening sessions, share feedback on scripts, and refine best practices.
  • Represent Launch Club with professionalism and care in all communication.

  • Knows how to manage a sales calendar and stay sharp across multiple calls daily.
  • Balances relationship-building with the urgency of launch windows.
  • Brings strong presence and professionalism on Zoom, with the ability to build rapport quickly in fast-paced, high-attendance virtual environments.
  • Communicates clearly and naturally on video and in writing, maintaining both empathy and efficiency under pressure.
  • Uses data and feedback to continuously refine talk tracks and improve performance.
  • Thrives in a 100% remote, launch-driven environment—and leads with integrity, discernment, and alignment with Launch Club’s mission and values.
