Landscape Construction Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to oversee and actively participate in residential landscape installation projects throughout Walpole, MA. This leadership role combines daily crew supervision with hands-on fieldwork to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on residential landscape construction projects
• Perform hands-on installation work including hardscapes, grading, planting, and site preparation
• Organize daily schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate materials and equipment
• Monitor workmanship to ensure projects meet design specifications and quality standards
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain organized job sites
• Communicate progress updates and project needs with management and homeowners
• Train and mentor crew members to strengthen performance and teamwork

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in landscape construction with prior leadership or foreman responsibilities
• Skilled in hardscape installation (pavers, patios, retaining walls), grading, and planting
• Ability to read and interpret landscape construction drawings
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality craftsmanship
