  • Prioritise the creation of Habitat Banks based on Local Authority BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) credit demand and known purchaser demand, with input from the sales team.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to assess site suitability for Habitat Bank creation, coordinating with internal teams including ecology, project delivery, legal, and finance.
  • Take sites through an internal offer approval process, justifying and championing why it should proceed.  Gather and analyse data to support targeted Habitat Bank creation, including reviewing local plan policies, agri-environment scheme information, and market sector reports.
  • Work as part of a collaborative project team to create the Habitat and deliver capital works and then support the ongoing management of the site, liaising with landowners regularly.
