Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a dedicated and ambitious individual to lead our Lamination Flow Cell team in Rock Hill, SC. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about driving world-class manufacturing processes, this is the opportunity for you!

What you get to do!

As the Lamination Team Lead, you will coordinate production operations and team members. Your role will include:

Production Management

  • Lead daily stand-ups and track metrics on the MDI board
  • Build and complete production plans to meet targets
  • Monitor upstream/downstream processes to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify and resolve production roadblocks

Team Leadership

  • Assign flow cell tasks and monitor individual efficiency
  • Provide mentoring and training as needed
  • Conduct employee reviews (30/60/90 day and annual)
  • Ensure effective communication between team and leadership

Quality & Compliance

  • Perform quality audits and ensure SOP compliance
  • Build and resolve non-conformance reports
  • Attend MRB meetings and sign off on dispositions
  • Monitor jobbing performance and time tracking

Additional Duties

  • Champion safety and 5S standards
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in production work as needed based on demand
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all processes

What you will bring to the Team

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or production supervision experience
  • Proven understanding of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience with quality control systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret production plans and technical documents
  • Problem-solving approach and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with production tracking systems and metrics
  • Dedication to safety and continuous improvement
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
