Unilabs is seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated Laboratory Technicians to join our growing team in KSA. Laboratory Technicians and Assistant Laboratory Technicians will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bench work;
  • Review of changes to technical documentation, including those of external origin;
  • Validate study reports in their area of responsibility;
  • Checking in samples from ARCA;
  • Perform the receiving inspection of items;
  • Checking the delivery note against the "purchase order";
  • Registering non-conformities, complaints and suggestions and correcting them immediately;
  • Drawing up templates within their area of intervention;
  • Draw up operating procedures within their area of intervention;
  • Identify inappropriate equipment, RMMs and supplies associated with the work area.
  • Disposing of samples.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the work area.

Requirements

  • Associate /Bachelors degree in Genomics, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology or related fields
  • Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and computer systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Valid medical laboratory technician certification is preferred, but training will be provided
