The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do  

• Transform and grow E. coli to generate DNA used for Lentivector production 

• Purify DNA from E. coli  

• Grow mammalian cells to produce lentivector 

• Analyze lentivector using various assay methods such as ELISA and qPCR. 

Skills and Experience We Look For:  

Our ideal candidate has some experience with culturing cells, either microbial or mammalian. A basic understanding of sterile technique.
