Program Manager (Rocket Growth, Inbound)

Rocket Growth는 셀러들이 쿠팡의 로켓배송 및 풀필먼트 네트워크를 활용해 고객에게 더 빠르고 안정적인 서비스를 제공하고, 비즈니스를 성장시킬 수 있도록 돕는 프로그램입니다. 로켓 배지를 획득한 셀러는 판매 속도를 높이고, 고객은 로켓배송과 Wow 멤버십 혜택(무료배송 및 무료반품)을 함께 누릴 수 있습니다.

담당 업무

• Rocket Growth 인바운드 영역의 핵심 프로그램을 기획, 실행, 리드
• 비즈니스 목표 달성을 위한 문제 정의, 병목 지점 분석 및 해결 방안 실행
• 주요 프로그램의 핵심 지표 모니터링 및 지속적인 개선
• 내부 및 외부 핵심 이해관계자와 협업하여 신규 프로그램 구축
• 운영 프로세스 개선을 위한 SOP 수립 및 고도화

자격 사항

• 총 경력 10년 이상, 프로젝트/프로그램 관리 경력 5년 이상
• 복잡한 프로젝트를 성공적으로 리드한 경험
• 문제 식별, 해결 방안 도출 및 실행까지 조직 목표에 맞춰 주도할 수 있는 역량
• 다수의 팀을 목표 설정부터 실행, 모니터링, 완료까지 리드한 경험
• 문제의 근본 원인 분석 및 인사이트 도출 후, 시니어 스테이크홀더에게 효과적으로 전달한 경험
• 명확한 커뮤니케이션 역량 – 프로그램 가시성 확보, 의사결정 정렬, 관계 관리
• 복수 프로젝트 동시 관리 가능 – 우선순위 조정 및 일정 관리 능력 필수

우대 사항

• 이커머스 환경에서의 공급망 관련 경험
• 관련 자격증 보유: PMP, PgMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Lean 등
• 크로스펑셔널 팀 리딩 및 동기부여 경험
• Excel, SQL, Tableau 등 데이터 분석 툴 활용 능력
• 영어 및 한국어 능통 – 영어권 리더십 및 파트너와의 협업 가능

Job Overview

Program Manager (Rocket Growth, Inbound)

Rocket Growth (RG) is a program that helps sellers leverage Coupang’s best in class rocket delivery and fulfillment network to serve customers and grow their business. With Rocket Growth, sellers are eligible to earn the rocket badge, thereby accelerating their sales, and providing customers with rocket-speed delivery for their items. Rocket Growth customers also get Coupang’s world-class customer service, including free shipping and returns for WoW members.

Rocket Growth is Coupang's fastest-growing team, with an ambitious vision and roadmap in the works. We are looking for motivated leaders who enjoy working with smart people to innovate and make history by solving complex and exciting problems.

What You Will Do

• Plan, build, execute, and lead programs in the inbound domain of Rocket Growth.
• Define, analyze problems and bottlenecks and propose and execute resolutions to achieve business goals.
• Monitor, maintain, and continue to improve key metrics for key programs.
• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders from in building new programs.
• Establish and improve SOPs to smoothen the work process.

Basic Qualifications

• +10 years of professional career with +5 years of project or program management experience, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Fluent in English and Korean, capable of working with English-speaking senior leadership and partners.
• Skilled in identifying issues, scoping solutions, and driving implementation aligned with organizational objectives.
• Strong ability to lead multiple teams from goal definition, planning, monitoring to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely results.
• Experience in hands-on deep dives, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written skills for program visibility, decision alignment, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supplychain in e-commerce environment.
• Relevant certifications, e.g., Project Management Professional - PMP, Program Management Professional - PgMP, Agile Methodologies, Six Sigma, Lean.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) to drive pricing decisions and measure the impact of pricing strategies.
