We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Taiwan Procurement team, specializing in indirect purchasing and procurement operations. In this role, you will strengthen our procurement infrastructure by enhancing systems, processes, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights, improve procurement efficiency, and support global sourcing strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and operational excellence—with a strong customer focus and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and implement procurement systems and tools to improve operational productivity.
  • Design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Clean, analyze, and interpret procurement and spend data to identify trends, risks, and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Conduct market intelligence research to support sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and business decision-making.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Drive cost‑saving and value‑creation projects across indirect procurement categories.
  • Support supplier onboarding, registration, compliance, and lifecycle management activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in indirect purchasing/sourcing (e.g., packaging, automation, outsourcing services, technology, MRO, logistics, infrastructure, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience explaining insights to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement platforms; SAP Ariba preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin and English (preferred).
