Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and resolve technical problems.
  • Conduct regular system diagnostics and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Offer guidance and support to Level 1 support staff and other team members.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Java programming and debugging.
  • Knowledge of API communication.
