L1 Support / Webmaster

Work Location: Singapore, onsite at client side
Employment Type: Full-Time


Experience and Skills needed:

  • Experience in managing day-to-day website update, including publishing content, images, and pages using a CMS (Eg. GovTech Optical).
  • Understanding in using web analytics tools to monitor traffic and performance.
  • Experience in performing ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution in accordance with SLAs using a ticketing system (Eg. JIRA).
  • Able to create and maintain relevant knowledge repository on systems, processes, and queries.
