Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden via Chat, Telefon und E-Mail.
  • Du beantwortest Anfragen freundlich, lösungsorientiert und professionell.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams wie Tech, Product und Sales zusammen, um Kundenfeedback weiterzugeben und Lösungen zu finden.
  • Du dokumentierst Supportfälle und hilfst, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Requirements

  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) und Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau – du kannst sicher in beiden Sprachen kommunizieren.
  • 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundensupport
  • Du liebst es, Menschen zu helfen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und bist ein echter Teamplayer.
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Spaß am digitalen Arbeiten.
