Experience in data mapping, data integration, and data modeling
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Previous experience working with HR and Payroll systems
Relevant certifications in Kronos are a plus
