[KOREA] Vision Corporate Planning Specialist

• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly Management reports.
• Track financial, operational, and commercial metrics on a regular basis.
• Conduct annual evaluation of MTP (Mid-Term-Plan) achievement and recommend improvement actions.
• Analyze performance against strategic objectives and provide detailed reports.
• Support leadership with in-depth analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Develop Internal & External corporate-wide communication strategies and roadmap that is aligned with Santen ’s MVV(Mission/Vision/Value)
• Uphold high ethical standards in all internation with internal/external stakeholders and ensures all communication activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards and internal compliance and ethical policy/guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Corporate Communications/Public relations or Corporate Planning.
• Strong understanding of corporate planning, financial analysis, and strategic management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English in Korean; Japanese is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong in interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Crisis communication experience is a plus
