  • Develop and execute reimbursement strategies to secure and optimize reimbursement coverage for the company's products within target markets. 
  • Engage with payer stakeholders, including health authorities, private payers, and reimbursement agencies, to navigate the reimbursement landscape and ensure product access for patients. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to generate and communicate evidence of product value and cost-effectiveness to support market access and pricing discussions. 
  • Develop business acumen for the next level of leadership and prepare capabilities to play roles in various functions for future career.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Economics or Health Policy or Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Comprehensive experience (minimum 7 years) in pricing, reimbursement, and market access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Korea.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and access strategies, health economics, and reimbursement processes of Korea markets.
  • Strong project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in engaging with external stakeholders such as payers, reimbursement agencies, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Fluent English & Korean, spoken & written
