Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to create, manage, and optimize user-focused support content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, troubleshooting, and leveraging AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent writing, editing, and technical skills who can work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
