Key Responsibilities:

Develop, organize, and maintain the company’s internal and external knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Collaborate with product, support, and training teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content creation.
Write, edit, and format clear and user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and help articles.
Implement and follow content governance standards, including style guides and taxonomy structures.

Requirements

Proven experience with content development.
