The Senior Manager leads the overall strategy and execution of merchant acquisition and partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen Indodana’s market position. This role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to build high-impact partnerships while developing a capable team to deliver sustainable business results.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to strengthen Indodana’s market presence and drive revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and brand partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Lead negotiations to secure marketing funds, promotional subsidies, and co-branding opportunities
- Oversee and guide the Key Account Managers, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and merchant programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Tech) for seamless program/product implementation.
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and optimize partnership outcomes.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to build a capable and result-oriented partnerships team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communication, Management, or related fields.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading large teams, developing business strategies, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Extensive knowledge of fintech, banking, e-commerce, and retail ecosystems, with strong awareness of market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Experience in high-level negotiations and building long-term strategic partnerships with national or corporate merchants.
