The Key Account Manager is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring our clients' sourcing needs are met through Jobstreet.com solutions, while cultivating and maintaining robust, long-term business partnerships with our most valued corporate accounts. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of driving growth and innovation within their portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive strategic portfolio growth: plan and execute strategies to exceed sales targets, forecast opportunities and expand accounts through regular face-to-face visits and monthly touchpoints.
Strategic account management: own key account portfolio, deliver annual reviews, ad hoc insights and expert after‑sales consultation to retain and grow clients.
Maximise opportunities: proactively identify cross-sell and upsell within existing clients; craft compelling value propositions for JobStreet by SEEK’s HR solutions.
Engage senior stakeholders: build trust with C‑suite, business owners and key decision-makers through confident, consultative conversations.
Analyse performance: prepare and interpret sales reports and trend analyses to optimise results and inform strategy.
