YOUR MISSION

As a Key Account Manager dedicated to the public sector, you act as the strategic point of contact for your clients. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, customer satisfaction, and the profitability of the revenue generated (P&L ownership).

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing, in collaboration with management, a high-value commercial strategy for your portfolio

  • Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with existing accounts

  • Identifying, qualifying, and winning new strategic clients within the public sector

  • Leading commercial negotiations and creating tailored, differentiating proposals

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of client environments to anticipate growth opportunities or risks

  • Working in close synergy with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver coherent, innovative solutions aligned with the client’s business challenges

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the profitability of each engagement (P&L management)

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 10 years of commercial experience within the public sector.

  • You are proficient in selling complex IT solutions and services and have a solid understanding of technical environments.

  • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, are results-oriented, and know how to engage and rally stakeholders around you.

  • You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you are fluent in Dutch and French.

  • You have a strong and active professional network.

  • You are described as charismatic, resilient, and trustworthy, with a strong customer-service mindset.

  • You work autonomously, are well-structured, and are capable of building strategic and long-lasting relationships with high-level stakeholders.
