Job Summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is an individual contributor who plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and advancing customer success. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing global account strategies for a defined portfolio of high-value customers. As the primary liaison between Phoenix Contact and its strategic clients, the KAM builds long-term, trust-based partnerships that deliver mutual value and sustainable revenue. By shifting relationships from transactional to strategic, the KAM directly impacts customer retention, satisfaction, and profitability—ensuring Phoenix Contact remains a trusted and indispensable partner to its most valued clients.
This is a remote role but must live in area listed on posting.
