We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager Nordics - Paediatric Oncology.

MAIN PURPOSE:

The Key Account Manager will lead the sales and marketing efforts for Norgine’s newly introduced products. This role involves strategic sales planning, stakeholder engagement, and a comprehensive market analysis to effectively introduce and establish Norgine’s products.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute in-depth sales strategies that align with overall business objectives, including customer target setting, sales planning, and action planning in agreement with the line manager.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Forge strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers, advocating for Norgine products through individual meetings, group discussions, and medical congress presentations.
  • Collaboration on Patient Access: Work collaboratively with stakeholder groups to review patient pathways and treatment guidelines, developing tailored solutions that facilitate timely patient access to treatments.
  • Market Penetration and Growth: Achieve sales targets and maximize market share through effective promotion and customer engagement strategies, ensuring product accessibility and inclusion in formularies.
  • Service Development: Drive the development and implementation of services that support the integration of Norgine’s products into local healthcare systems, improving treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Optimise Patient Pathways: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient pathways and treatment protocols in alignment with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, ensuring swift and efficient patient access to new therapies.
  • Promotional Budget Management: Manage the promotional budget effectively, focusing on activities that maximize ROI and align with strategic goals for sustained market growth.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Engage regularly with field-based medical teams to ensure alignment on product knowledge, market strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Compliance and Conduct: Adhere strictly to local legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements, aligning with Norgine’s code of conduct and standard operating procedures to ensure all activities meet the highest standards of compliance and integrity.


    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Demonstrated success in specialty pharmaceutical sales, ideally within secondary care paediatric speciality care, oncology or rare diseases.
  • Extensive experience in launching new products and navigating the healthcare systems in the Nordics.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Skilled in analysing complex data to develop strategic sales initiatives.
  • Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership capabilities to motivate teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, essential for articulating complex information and fostering strong professional relationships.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
    • LIF certified

Adhere strictly to local legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements, aligning with Norgine’s code of conduct and standard operating procedures to ensure all activities meet the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

CAPABILITIES:

Strong communication skills, strategic thinker and detail oriented
Able to think strategically, deal with complex issues and develop and execute plans
Capacity to deal with planning and scoping of activity when full information is not available, including contingency planning
Clear, accurate written and spoken English
