Essential responsibilities
- Client Acquisition; identify and secure key accounts in various industrial sectors, focusing on power and natural gas solutions tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients to design and deliver innovative energy products and services.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the sales approach and strategies for key accounts in a start-up environment.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Representing the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and various events to promote its products, services, and brand image.
- At least 3 years of sales experience working for a power and/or natural gas trading company
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business development in competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Familiarity with digital tools and sales automation to enhance efficiency and client engagement
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creating and shaping new opportunities in a startup environment
- Fluency in Polish and communication level in English
