This is your role;

In this role, you'll be expected to independently manage and successfully complete new and ongoing sales projects for dough machines to industrial bakeries in Germany. Germany will be the primary focus of your role, but other countries will also be part of your responsibilities.
You'll collaborate internally with colleagues to ensure optimal customer service and project management, but you'll be the one who stays focused on the customer. You'll report directly to the Sales Director. The right Key Account Manager must have a healthy dose of initiative combined with the ambition to develop further.


These are your duties/responsibilities;

  • You are sales and customer-oriented and develop new solutions and concepts for the German region.

  • you submit quotations and conduct commercial negotiations.

  • you seek out new and maintain professional relationships.

  • you work together with local partners and agents.

  • You identify new developments in the market and develop new ideas for the benefit of customers.

  • you inform customers about market situations, product qualities and innovations.

  • you participate in international trade-fairs.

  • Your travel frequency and customer visits will be approximately 40%-50% (in normal circumstances).

Requirements

This is you;

  • You have export sales experience with capital goods (preferably food processing machinery).

  • you are commercial and enterprising.

  • you are proficient in spoken and written German and English.

  • you have a good sense of business cultural differences.

  • you can take initiatives independently.

  • you are an enthusiastic pragmatist and a true pioneer.

  • you are results-oriented, solution-oriented and flexible.

The position will be available from mid-March 2026. The application process will take place in January 2026.
