The job can be performed remotely in EU countries but for this specific role, travelling up to 20% to DACH based customers would be required.
As a Key Account Manager at exnaton, you will join our 35-person team and help shape the company and its vision from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in bringing a product to market that enhances the attractiveness of renewable energies. Our customer relationships begin with the initial setup of our software within the customer's IT landscape and evolve into long-term partnerships built on trust, value, and continuous growth. You will be the driving force behind these relationships, guiding enterprise utility customers throughout their entire journey with us by:
Being the main point of contact for our utility customers, building strong and lasting relationships,
Regularly contacting customers, leading business reviews, and keeping them closely engaged with our product and services,
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling,
Handling escalations and resolving issues quickly, ensuring high customer satisfaction at every stage,
Representing the voice of the customer internally, bringing their feedback into product, service, and strategy discussions,
Collaborating closely with sales, product, customer success, and marketing teams,
Tracking account performance using CRM tools and using data to stay ahead of customer needs,
