Key Account Manager
Clix is a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through tailored, data-driven strategies. We are hiring a Key Account Manager to lead complex client relationships, translate business needs into marketing outcomes, and shape how we serve high-impact accounts.
We need an experienced and strategic account manager to oversee a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity accounts.
You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and long-term strategy. This role requires commercial acumen, marketing fluency, and operational discipline. Success is measured by client satisfaction, retention, and growth based on the value of the account under your leadership.
Strong Preference: Candidates with experience managing marketing programs for law firms or serving as client or account managers in the legal industry.
Bonus Qualifications: Experience in paid or organic search strategy, strategic account planning, and consultative up-selling. Familiarity with and understanding of SEO/AEO and paid advertising (paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV/OTT) planning and delivery in an agency setting is critical.
