you leading the charge!
As our
Key Account Manager BESS for Wind Projects, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion into the wind energy sector.
Your mission includes:
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients in the wind energy space.
- Selling our innovative energy storage solutions to both existing and new customers.
- Identifying market opportunities and crafting tailored solutions that make our clients say “wow.”
- Collaborating closely with internal teams—engineering, product management, marketing—you name it.
- Representing Sungrow at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetups. Yes, you’ll get to wear the cool badge.
Your profile
You’re not just good at sales—you’re a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a renewable energy enthusiast. Here’s what makes you a great fit:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and key account management, ideally in the wind or energy sector.
- Solid understanding of energy storage systems (ESS)—bonus points if you’ve worked with them before.
- A customer-first mindset and top-tier negotiation skills.
- You work independently, stay organized, and bring a ton of motivation to the table.

German C1-2; English C1, and you are ready to go.
- You’re either based in Hamburg or ready to make the move. (We promise it’s worth it.)
