Key Account Manager

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

  • Participate in setting up dashboards and reports, both in CRM (ZOHO) and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the production and review of accurate and actionable sales reports for sales reps, GEO sales leaders and the executive team.
  • Support for the Sales Events/exhibitions
  • Support for Sales Operations of the sales team, including managing quote, invoice, expense.
  • Partner with Global Sales and Finance to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
  • Lead the sales activities in the specific existing Tier 1 accounts, be responsible for quote, negotiation, invoice and contract.
  • Carry the sales quote of 0.5M-1M euro/year

Requirements

Professional Background

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role
  • Experience in Automotive industry is plus


Skills & Abilities

  • Understanding of finance processes and commercial risk
  • The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Global Sales Leadership and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
  • Excel skills
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Professional English and Japanese communication skills
  • Knowing Market, Competitors, and customers
  • Must know the company licenses, and certifications and adhere as per the company laws
