As an Key Account Management Intern, you will support the team in managing digital campaigns and day-to-day operations for brand activities on e-commerce platforms. What You'll Do

  • Assist in setting up and updating online stores on e-commerce platforms (e.g., uploading products, images, pricing, and descriptions).
  • Support campaign registration and execution across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.
  • Coordinate product content updates, stock checks, and price adjustments to ensure store accuracy and readiness.
  • Help track and monitor platform performance metrics (e.g., product views, sales volume, voucher usage) on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Work closely with platform representatives for campaign setup, promotional slots, and deal coordination.
  • Assist in handling basic customer inquiries or platform notifications (e.g., product issues, listing requirements).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations) to ensure necessary assets and information are delivered on time.
  • Support simple backend tasks such as tagging products, updating banners, or testing features on the store.

Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Familiar with or interested in working on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and online dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Vietnamese; basic English reading ability is a plus.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
