Key Account Executive/Senior Executive, Publisher Growth

AnyMind Group is on the lookout for a driven, energetic and passionate Key Account Executive/Senior Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee and grow key accounts and strategic partnerships, while managing the day-to-day client services and operations for media owners. You will also act as a critical liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivering top-tier digital advertising results.

What You'll Do

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Publisher Growth, the Key Account Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of key account retention across pre and post sale cycles to drive revenue growth and department goals.
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for publishers, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to provide timely support and solutions.
  • Assist in planning and executing media business proposals that align with publishers’ objectives and deliver tangible results.
  • Develop detailed performance reports and recommend growth strategies to increase web yield, optimize revenue and strengthen publisher partnerships.
  • Leverage performance data to evaluate the impact of business initiatives. Use these insights to propose improvements and adjustments that address publishers’ evolving needs.
  • Work alongside colleagues from sales, marketing, and product teams to coordinate effective strategies and enhance overall partner satisfaction.
  • Build confidence in client relationships by leading independent conversations, presenting ideas clearly and responding swiftly to publisher inquiries.
  • Bring a strong desire to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing industry. You’ll be motivated to meet and exceed team targets and expectations.

Who You Are 

  • A passion for client success and a desire to learn the ins and outs of publisher account management.
  • Basic understanding of digital media, marketing, or related fields—internships or coursework in these areas are a plus
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and an ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • A data-driven mindset, eager to analyze performance metrics and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms is a plus.
