The Role

As a Key Account Director, you will sell our Trade Finance & FX solutions to UK businesses, navigating C-suite relationships to deliver sophisticated treasury and hedging solutions. You aren't just hitting targets—you are a role model on our London floor, mentoring the next generation of talent and setting the gold standard for how Ebury dominates the market.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Origination: Identify and onboard SMEs in the UK market
Solution Architecting: Move beyond "spot trades." You will sell complex FX hedging strategies, cash management, and trade finance solutions.
C-Suite Navigation: Build and leverage high-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors, understanding their specific budgeting and risk appetite.
Excellence in Execution: Maintain a rigorous pipeline via Salesforce, ensuring a culture of data-driven sales and superior relationship management.
