Z Rewards is our award-winning Loyalty programme and we are excited to welcome a Kaitaki Pirihongo Wheako Kiritaki Loyalty Customer Experience Manager to the team. We have some pretty exciting mahi happening with lots more planned – this is where you come in!

 

About the role

In this role you will provide leadership of the end-to-end customer experience of our loyalty programme. This role is critical in driving the velocity of delivery of the programme, , customer experience, offers, product and bringing on new Z branded products, services and partners into programme. 

You will bring your expert knowledge of customer journeys with the ability to implement through others at pace. Knowing how to break up our Loyalty strategy into a roadmap and seamlessly implement and deliver each component will be key in this role.

 

This role can be based in either Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.

 

You will have the opportunity to

  • Bring a delivery at pace mindset to the delivery of our Loyalty roadmap
  • Drive delivery by holding others to account across the Loyalty investment
  • ​ Work with our business stakeholders and delivery partners to design, develop, optimise and deploy new platforms, products, features, experiences
  • Be the owner of the Z Rewards Customer Experience, thinking customer first to ensure smooth landing of new capability within loyalty
  • Prioritise the backlog in alignment with Loyalty roadmap and manage the rollout with associated resource requirements in partnership internal and external resources
  • Be at the forefront of our rewards programme!
     

What you’ll bring to Z

  • Expertise in the Customer Experience journey with a digital lens, an end-to-end focus with knowledge at every step of the journey
  • Exposure to the loyalty environment will be highly valued
  • Experience in a complex commercial organisation with demonstrated experience of implementing and influencing through people
  • An excellent relationship builder and collaborator, this role works with a range of internal and external stakeholders and strong relationships will be key
  • Effective planning skills with the ability to both direct and get hands on where needed to assure progress and delivery
  • The ability to take a strategic view and break that down into actions to deliver against
  • Strong accountability, both for yourself and to hold others to account to ensure delivery

The base salary range for this role is $151,200 to $177,900 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company and individual performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
