Prior IT, AudioVisual or Tech sales experience required
We are seeking a results-driven K–12 Sales Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with school districts, administrators, and education partners. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within the K–12 education market by identifying opportunities, managing accounts, and providing solutions that support student learning and district goals. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for education and a proven track record in consultative sales.
Salary: $85,000-120,000/year + commission
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned K–12 territories.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including superintendents, principals, IT directors, and curriculum leaders.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations tailored to district needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, implementation, and support) to ensure customer success.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Stay informed about education trends, funding sources, and policy changes that impact purchasing decisions.
Provide ongoing account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
