Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted eCommerce brand selling through our own website, Amazon, wholesale partners, and more. We’re looking for a Paid Media Buyer. This is a role for someone who truly owns paid search and demand gen channels, enjoys working independently, and wants to directly impact revenue and efficiency across the business. You’ll be trusted to run and optimize our Google and Microsoft ads with confidence and accountability.

In this role, you will:

🔍 Manage Google and Microsoft Ads across search, display, and YouTube (Demand Gen)
📈 Optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, performance, and revenue growth
🧠 Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
🧩 Set up and manage event tracking across accounts
🚨 Identify, flag, and troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues quickly

This is a full-time role with at least 2–3 hours of daily crossover with PST.

You’ll report to Jenny, Director of Marketing. 

Creativity and clear communication are always encouraged.

She’s also known as the team’s resident GIF queen and will be excited for you to level up your GIF game!

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ 3–5 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads for an eCommerce brand
✅ Experience managing $100k+ in monthly ad spend independently
✅ Strong knowledge of conversion and event tracking setup
✅ Ability to identify and flag tracking issues as they arise

Brownie points:

⭐ Advanced data analysis skills
⭐ Experience with other paid media platforms
⭐ Background in the health or supplement space

You’re someone who’s fun to work with, enjoys a good laugh, and brings positive energy to the team. You’re comfortable working autonomously, take initiative without needing hand-holding, and consistently act in the best interest of the business.
