Junior Workforce Support Specialist (m/f/d)

TLDR

Enhance operational efficiency by supporting riders, driving process improvements, and leading initiatives within a dynamic team in the fast-paced quick commerce industry.

  • Providing fast, reliable and quality service to our riders by answering their questions about our back office process such as contracts, shifts, or paychecks
  • Being the voice of the drivers, ensuring that you share their day-to-day work experiences with other departments in our company and drive process improvements 
  • Leading and participating in projects aimed at improving the way the people services team works
  • Ideally, you have had some experience in customer service and/or other customer-facing jobs
  • You've worked in a delivery job before or have a good understanding of what it takes to be a courier driver 
  • You have experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Intercom
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are organized, detail-oriented and not afraid to take on new tasks
  • You are fluent in English (German is a big plus!)
