Junior Workday System and Reporting Specialist (f/m/d) - fixed-term

We’re looking for a Junior Workday System Specialist (f/m/d) (fixed term for 15 months ) to strengthen our People Systems Team within People Operations.  

Your Impact 

• Be the Expert: Work with Reporting, Analytics, and Dashboard set‑ups in Workday. Support the team in maintaining and improving configurations while building your expertise step by step. 

• Drive Projects: Assist the Workday Product Owner and the team with tasks across our Workday suite, including HCM, and other modules. 

• Consult & Implement: Help translate business needs into simple, practical system configurations and contribute to solutions that support our company goals. 

• Solve & Support: Provide hands-on user support, help troubleshoot issues, and learn to identify and resolve system questions effectively. 

• Test & Document: Create test plans and maintain clear documentation for system configurations and integrations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Workday experience in People processes and modules 

• Strong Excel and analytical skills 

• Strong sense of ownership and self-learning 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, e.g. with stakeholders 

• Fluent English (German is a plus)
