Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Test Manager to join our Quality Team. We work with one of the most important programmers within New Savings Platform. This entails making sure we are always up to date on our Jira and Confluence pages, follow up on test status from different teams in the bank, creating QA reports and MI: s to keep all stakeholders up to date on the status and issues found during our testing. In this role you’ll also spend some of your time with defect management and Triage meetings
What will you do?
• Maintain our Jira Project structure and Confluence pages, including keeping them online, updated, and adding new ones when appropriate.
• Follow up on test results from different teams
• Support in creating different kinds of status reports
• Define test and quality metrics, join constantly explore new possibilities in our tools and methods.
• Take part in test meetings with our partner FNZ
• Support with defect management in our Triage meetings
• Work with us to ensure long term vision for our QA process.
• Work directly with our Head of QA and Release.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
• Previous experience as a tester, test lead
• Written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
• Experience in using web-based test tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Office products, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.
• Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multi-task, and prioritize workloads for self and others
• Care a lot about the quality we bring to our users
• Good to have but not necessary is knowledge of Power BI
