As a Junior Technical M365 Consultant at AmeXio, you support our clients in getting the most out of their digital workplace. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and related tools. You’re eager to learn, enthusiastic about technology, and motivated to grow your expertise in both technical implementation and client communication. You bring a foundational understanding of Microsoft 365 services, a structured approach to troubleshooting, and a keen interest in areas such as automation, integration, and security within the M365 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs – Work with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, etc.).
- Communicate effectively – Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on solutions and progress.
- Assist with migrations – Support the planning and execution of migrations to SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Configure and document solutions – Help set up information architecture, including content types, metadata, permissions, and governance structures, while maintaining clear documentation.
- Optimize solutions – Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Microsoft 365 tools, such as automating workflows with Power Automate or improving collaboration with Teams and SharePoint.
- Develop expertise – Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 innovations through certifications, training, and industry events, ensuring knowledge remains current.
- Share knowledge – Support colleagues and clients by sharing insights, contributing to documentation, and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with teams – Work closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to contribute to solution design and implementation.
What We're Looking For?
- You have a basic knowledge of one or more Microsoft 365 products and technologies such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, ....
- You are communicatively strong and have a keen eye for detail.
- You are client-oriented and have an analytical mind.
- You enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge with your team members.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have experience with .NET development.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development is a plus.
